We sell Journals, Scrapbooks, Stationery, Keychains, and Handmade crafts and Accessories. As many products are handmade, slight variations in size, colour, or finish may occur. All efforts are made to accurately describe and photograph products; however, colours may appear differently on different devices.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or is suspected to be fraudulent.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
Standard processing time is 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. For more accurate delivery times, please visit AusPost site with your tracking number.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external events beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at hello.thewordfelicity@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
