1. How long does shipping take and how much does postage cost?

Orders are shipped from Sydney via AusPost- for delivery times, please visit AusPost with your tracking number for more accurate delivery times. There is a standard $10 shipping fee, but good news is that I will be covering the extra shipping costs (because I really do appreciate your order!)

2. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Unfortunately I cannot accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If there is a damage or fault to your order, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please send me a message via the contact option below with details of the issue.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately as of now, TWF does not ship internationally due to international postage costs. If you would still like to make an order, please send me a message via the contact below and I will try my best to accomodate.
